Due to the bespoke nature of our handcrafted pieces, we do not offer a full return policy. Each item is made specifically for you, ensuring it meets our high standards of quality and craftsmanship.

Faulty Items: If your piece has any faults, please contact us within 2 days of receiving your order. We will handle the issue and provide you with a voucher equal to the purchase price for your next order.

Quality Assurance: We are confident in the high quality of our handcrafted jewelry and are sure you will love your piece.

International Returns: Unfortunately, we do not accept returns from outside Egypt due to logistical challenges. We hope you understand this limitation.
